Why isn't the whole site free for everybody?
To keep the site spam free. And we want offer our members a high quality website.

How can I unsubscribe from the EPS News Letter?
Please go to http://www.palmsociety.org/public/english/unsubscribe.shtml and enter the e-mail address you would like to unsubscribe.

Why don't I get any News Letter although I have subscribed weeks ago?
We do not send out news letters regularly but when we have something new or interesting to announce.

How can I join the European Palm Society?
You can join the EPS on our website at http://www.palmsociety.org/join/english1.shtml

Can I join the EPS although I do not live in Europe?
Yes.

What forms of payment do you accept?
Credit Cards: Visa, Mastercard (Eurocard), American Express.

How long must I wait to get access to the members area?
You will get instant access.

Membership:

Will you autorenew my membership?
No. We do not autorenew membership.

How can I extend my membership?
When your membership expires you will be notified by e-mail. You can then join again through our website. You can select membership for more than one year so you don't have to renew every year plus you get a discount.

Chamaerops Magazine:

Can I get Chamaerops without becoming a member?
Yes. You can buy it in our shop.

Do you publish articles written by non-members?
Yes, we would take articles from non-members.

Do you publish articles written by members?
Yes. We strongly encourage our members to write articles and share their knowledge with other members. Please contact us.

Shop:

Is my credit card data and personal information secure?
Yes. We do not store any personal data on the server. All transactions are encrypted through our Secure Server.

How long does it take you to send my ordered items?
Please allow up to two weeks for your order to be processed.

What forms of payment do you accept?
Credit Cards: Visa, Mastercard (Eurocard), American Express.

Can I return items?
Only when items are damaged or not what you have ordered. To keep costs down we can not offer a general money back guaranty.

4 to 8 weeks.
